Once you complete the 6 weeks using meal plans, you will then be in a great position to learn more about improvising and adding more variety back into your diet. There are 2 approaches which we can take, either learning how to track your calories /macros or to continue practicing portion control and really cementing down habits.

In fact, it’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach.
That is why my 101 face to face and online plans are not just standard generic plans.
The week before you start you will complete an online questionnaire. This will help me to have a better understanding of your goals, your lifestyle, health and current diet in order to tailor the most effective plan for you.
You will then receive your complete tailored nutrition plan that is specific to your health goals, recommendations on lifestyle factors, loads of tasty recipes, supplementation recommendation (if required) and an overall understanding of a balanced lifestyle.
Over your first 6 Weeks you'll receive 3 Meal plans (Every 2 Weeks).

This program has a duration of 12 weeks.
